Vacuum Conveying Test Facility

Our test facility is fully configurable for testing your products under conditions of dense phase vacuum conveying.

Here, our clients are able to trial products for flow characteristics, fines production or potential damage and density issues. It is here we provide tangible test results prior to the expense of installation. Not only do we test flow characteristics, but also hopper design, aeration requirements and similar issues.

Our standard testing includes a number of hopper or delivery point variations, a 10m horizontal section into a 6m vertical lift. More than enough to simulate any proposed path we have come across to date.

Risk Assessments AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS

Safety is an issue we will not compromise.

We are vigilant in our approach to safety and are practised at undertaking risk assessments, utilising a matrix methodology which encourages the participation of operators and production staff.

Obviously, we undertake risk assessment on all of our automation projects. However, we also undertake risk assessment as a “stand alone” issue for existing installations.

It is our experience that most aged installations are able to brought up to current standard with a common sense approach and within existing budgets.

The development of a safe working environment should not be a hindrance to effective and efficient manufacturing.
